As part of the Workshop, you will receive your free download in the Member’s Area of “Mindful Eating: Top 8 Tips to Re-Engineer Your Eating Habits & Prevent Overeating” as a thank you for your enrollment. Again, your login information should arrive in your inbox soon.
Once you receive that login information, just login and you’ll see everything laid out simply for you. The workshop material will be available until September 21st, 2014 so TAKE YOUR TIME and proceed through the workshop at your own pace. The running time for the workshop is 60 minutes, though with pausing to complete written exercises, it takes about 1.5-2 hours to complete for most people.
