Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1.5 cups almond milk or other non-dairy milk
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs maple syrup
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Blend in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds.
Serves 2.
